Steve is one of two principals at Single Source, Inc. Steve is a Wisconsin Certified General Appraiser and a Wisconsin Department of Transportation approved negotiator. Steve has been involved in real estate appraisal and acquisition for the past 20 years, but specifically right-of-way for the past 15+ years.
Steve is actively involved with the International Right-of-Way association, is a candidate for the SR/WA designation. In-addition, Steve has served on the Wisconsin Department of Transportation District 2, Local Public Agency committee.
Over the past 15+ years, Steve has acquired over 1,000 parcels of land, both partial and full acquisitions, appraised over 400 partial and full acquisitions and completed numerous relocation assignments. The Burlington, Wauwatosa and Cudahy projects involved acquisitions and relocation within a Tax Incremental Financing District.
