Tom is a Wisconsin Licensed Appraiser and has been involved in the real estate field for over 6 years. In-addition, Tom holds Bachelors of Science and Masters of Science degrees in Geology. Tom is a Wisconsin Professional Geologist as well as a Member of the International Right-of-Way Association.

Most recently; Tom has appraised property for State Trunk Highway 83 – State of Wisconsin; STH 29 – State of Wisconsin; CTH L – Waukesha County; CTH K – Kenosha County; West National Avenue – City of West Allis; Ryan Creek Interceptor – City of Franklin; West Capitol Drive – City of Brookfield; South 13th Street – Milwaukee County; East College Avenue – Milwaukee County; South 60th Street – City of West Allis; Calhoun Road – City of Brookfield; County Trunk X Reconstruction – Waukesha County; South 31st Street and Oakwood Road – City of Franklin; Calhoun Road – City of Brookfield; USH 41, Oshkosh – State of Wisconsin; USH 41, Fond du Lac – State of Wisconsin; Port Washington Gas Lateral for WE Energies; numerous parcels on the WISDOT Canal Street Project; the Marquette Interchange; several parcels for the City of Glendale on the Bay Shore Mall Project and partial acquisition appraisals for the City of Pewaukee.
Tom received his Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of Iowa in 1986 and a Masters of Science in Geology from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale in 1989
